SV Global Mill informs about closure of trading window

SV Global Mill has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be convened on November 09, 2016, to consider other subjects, to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s scrips by the Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 11, 2016, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
