Cipla has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2016, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2). Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ‘trading window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from November 02, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public.
