Mastek has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 1. 2016, based on the recommendations of Nomination & Remuneration Committee has appointed John Owen as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mastek with effect from November 1, 2016 in place of Sudhakar Ram. The current Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company Owen will be based in UK. Consequent to the above, Sudhakar Ram has been re-designated as Vice- Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. The press release being issued is also enclosed in this regard.
