Modi Udyog has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company Scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter Ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from October 28, 2016 to November 16, 2016, for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2016.
