Adani Enterprises and Elbit Systems, Israel have incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) -- Adani- Elbit Advanced Systems India -- on November 7, 2016 in the ration of 51:49, for manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in India.

The JVC has been incorporated with an authorized & a paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh. The JVC is engaged in Aerospace Defence manufacturing.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
