Page Industries reports 14% rise in Q2 net profit

Page Industries has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.   

The company has reported 14.05% rise in its net profit at Rs 68.67 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 60.21 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 16.49% at Rs 544.33 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 467.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Page Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing garments. The company is located in Bangalore and is the exclusive licensee of Jockey International Inc (USA) for manufacture and distribution of the Jockey brand innerwear/ leisurewear for men and women in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
