The company has reported 27.08% rise in its net profit after tax at Rs 1163.27 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 915.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 16.99% at Rs 12071.13 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 10318.43 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
