The company has reported over two fold rise in its net profit at Rs 2718.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1244.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 4.31% at Rs 15350.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 14716.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 84.31% rise in its net profit after tax, non-controlling interest and share in profit of joint ventures / associates at Rs 1434.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 778.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company has increased by 8.73% to Rs 25491.96 crore for quarter under review from Rs 23445.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
