Larsen & Toubro Infotech (L&T Infotech) has concluded the acquisition of one hundred percent equity shareholding in AuementlQ Data Sciences, Pune on November 30, 2016.

Earlier in November, the company has been awarded a five-year contract by Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), a leading specialty insurer with 150 years of industry leadership in equipment breakdown insurance and a subsidiary of Munich Re.

It is currently looking to pursue strategic acquisitions in Germany and France to enhance capabilities and address gaps in language capability, industry & technical expertise and geographic coverage in these countries.
