Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely, ‘Adani Cementation’ (ACL) on December 06, 2016. ACL has been incorporated to carry on the cement business but it is yet to commence its operations.

Earlier, the company and Elbit Systems, Israel had incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) -- Adani- Elbit Advanced Systems India -- on November 7, 2016 in the ration of 51:49, for manufacturing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in India.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
