FIIs net buyers of Rs 980.88 crore in futures and options segments on April 30

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 980.88 crore in futures and options segments on Monday, April 30, 2012.

FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 274.64 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 631.75 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 75.45 crore, and they sold stock options worth Rs 0.96 crore. 

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on April 30, 2012 is 31.16%.
