Infosys has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 13, 2017, to consider the audited standalone financial statements of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016 (Q3); the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016 (Q3); and the audited condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS in INR for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016. The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on December 16, 2016 and the trading window will open on January 16, 2017. The Company will hold investor/analyst calls on January 13, 2017. During such calls, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2016 and comment on business outlook. Details of the calls will be published on the Company’s website in due course.
