Nelco has informed that as per the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities, as required under the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from December 25, 2016 to January 02, 2017.
