Saksoft informs about outcome of board meeting
Date: 16-12-2016Saksoft has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 15, 2016 between 11.30 AM and 7.15 PM have approved to acquire a 60% of stake in Dreamorbit Softech (‘Dreamorbit’), a company based out of Bengaluru providing Technology Solutions to Logistics Industry. Consequent to the Board approval, the Company has executed the Share Purchase Agreement.
