Bharti Airtel has informed that the board of directors of the company in their meeting held on May 02, 2012, has considered and recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 5 each for the financial year 2011-12, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.
