Persistent Systems has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on January 20, 2017 and will continue on January 21, 2017, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exact date of Board Meeting is being discussed and will be accordingly intimated to Stock Exchange. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from time to time, the Trading Window will remain closed from December 24, 2016 to January 23, 2017. The Trading Window will re-open from January 24, 2017 unless communicated otherwise.The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoter, Board of Directors and Designated Persons.
