Axis Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 18, 2017 and will continue on January 19, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter / Nine months ending as on December 31, 2016 (Q3), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank. Thereafter, the Bank will be holding conference calls with the Analysts with regard to the said results. Further, the restricted trading window (blackout period) for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from January 01, 2017 and will continue up to January 21, 2017; in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders - April 2016’ formulated and adopted by the Bank in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
