Universal Cables reports 77% fall in Q4 net profit

Universal Cables has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.

On the standalone basis, the company has posted a fall of 76.95% in its net profit at Rs 1.18 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 5.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  However, total income has increased by 28.63% at Rs 170.63 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 132.65 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
