Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering and Midad Holdings, a part of diversified business conglomerate Al Fozan Group have incorporated a Joint Venture (JV) ‘Tech Mahindra Arabia’. The JV Company in which Tech Mahindra holds majority stake would cater to the market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Tech Mahindra Arabia, the joint venture, has also set up a 100-seater delivery centre in Al Khobar and is looking at majorly hiring local talents for the centre.

Tech Mahindra is a leading provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry with a majority stake owned by Mahindra & Mahindra. The company, since 2002 has operations in China with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou.
