Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely, Adani Agri Logistics (Panipat) (AALPL) on January 11, 2016. AALPL has been incorporated to develop, operate and maintain Silos for storage of wheat at Panipat on DBFOO basis under PPP mode. Earlier, on December 06, 2016, the company incorporated a WOS namely, ‘Adani Cementation’ (ACL) to carry on the cement business.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
