Aptech board recommends final dividend

Aptech has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 07, 2012, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share, aggregating to a total dividend of Rs. 3 per share for the financial year 2011-12 on face value of Rs. 10.
