NTPC has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3) as reviewed by the Audit Committee and also to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2016-17. Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 up to February 10, 2017 as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of NTPC (Code). During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
