Innoventive Industries subsidiary - Sankalp Forgings (Sankalp), has established its footprints in Sharjah, UAE by incorporating an entity by name ‘Sankalp Middle East FZE’. This entity is 100% wholly owned by Sankalp.

Recently, Sankalp Forgings had established its footprints in the United States of America (USA) by incorporating a corporation by name SANKALP AMERICAS, INC. in USA. This corporation is 100% wholly owned by Sankalp.

Innoventive Industries was incorporated for manufacturing of domestic appliances. It is a multiproduct company catering to applications in diverse sectors such as automobile, boiler and heat exchangers, energy, oil and general engineering. It specializes in processing various types of steel, faster development cycles, flexible production systems, effective supply chain management for efficient delivery and capability to make tubular transformations.
