Further, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015 (the Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all connected person as defined in the Code from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017.
