Date: 06-02-2017Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), India’s leading SUV manufacturer, has reported 4.58% fall in its production to 40827 units in January 2017 as compared to 42788 units in same month last year. On the other hand, the company has sold a total of 10,420 units in January 2017 - 7,015 units in domestic sales and 3,405 in exports.
M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
