With reference to the earlier letter dated October 27, 2016 and December 23, 2016 for changing the name of the Company from ‘Sasken Communication Technologies Limited’ to ‘Sasken Technologies Limited’. Sasken Communication Technologies has now informed that the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru, Karnataka have issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on February 14, 2017 pursuant to change of name. A copy of the said Certificate is enclosed. The said change is effective from February 14, 2017.
