Physical rubber prices remained unchanged on Saturday

Physical rubber prices remained steady on Saturday, though there was no selling pressure but the traders too seemed hesitant to enlarge their commitments lacking any firm cue.

Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 varieties remained unchanged at Rs 194/kg and Rs 193/kg respectively.

In futures market, the contract of RSS-4 for May delivery closed at Rs 192.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs 191.58,while the contract of June delivery closed at Rs 197.05 compared to its previous closing of Rs 197.49 a kg on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
