Dollex Industries gets approval for proposed scheme of amalgamation

Dollex Industries has received an approval for proposed scheme of amalgamation of Daizy Agrotech, Sridham Sugar and Concrete Products with the company. The company has received an approval for amalgamation at board meeting held on July 20, 2011.

Dollex Industires is engaged in manufacturing Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), ethanol and its byproducts. In addition to catering to alcoholic beverage industry, they have also ventured into available avenues in bio-fuels and petroleum sector. They have upgraded their plant to produce high quality fuel-ethanol.
