Simplex Infrastructures acquires 100% stake in Joy Mining Services

Simplex Infrastructures has acquired 100% equity shares capital of Joy Mining Services India, engaged in the business of underground coal mining services in India with effect from the event date.

Following the acquisition, Joy Group and Simplex have joined hands in expanding the business of underground of coal and other minerals in India.
