Gokul Refoils receives govt approval to expand Surat’s power plant
Date: 22-07-2011Gokul Refoils and Solvent’s Group-“Gokul” under its legal entity Gujarat Gokul Power (a joint venture of Gokul Refoils & Solvent and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) has received government approval for the enhancement of capacity of its proposed power plant at Mouje Tadkeshwar, district Surat.
Post receiving the government approval on request of Gujarat Gokul Power, the company can now enhance the capacity of its proposed power plant from 80 MW to 125 MW.
The company is engaged in manufacturing of refining vegetable oils including seed procurement, processing, solvent extraction and marketing of edible oils.
