Alstom T & D board recommends dividend

Alstom T & D India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 14, 2012, has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.80 per share aggregating to Rs. 43.04 crores which shall be paid within 30 days after conclusion of the annual general meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
