Power Finance Corporation Ltd.

Power Finance Corporation has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company namely -- PFC Capital Advisory Services -- on July 18, 2011 to syndicate and make financial arrangements for the projects/enterprises in the areas of power, energy, infrastructure and other industries.

Recently, PFC Consulting, a subsidiary of the company, had announced that it may form a joint venture (JV) with another firm to provide consultancy services in Asian countries. The subsidiary company will join hands with another consultant after which it may get listed. However, the exercise of looking for a JV partner has not yet begun.

PFC provides large range of financial products and services like project term loan, lease financing, direct discounting of bills, short term loan, and consultancy services for various power projects in generation, transmission, distribution sector as well as for renovation and modernization of existing power projects.
