eClerx Services reports 9.44% rise in Q4 net profit

eClerx Services has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

On the standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 9.44% in its net profit at Rs 29.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 26.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income has increased by 33.45% at Rs 127.49 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 95.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011

On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 2.98% in its net profit at Rs 30.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 29.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.   Total income has increased by 33.53% at Rs 127.56 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 95.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011

For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a rise of 32.69% in its net profit at Rs 157.32 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 118.56 crore for the same period in the previous year.  Total income has increased by 38.18% at Rs 472.46 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 341.91 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.

On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 30.50% in its net profit at Rs 159.77 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 122.43 crore for the same period in the previous year.  Total income has increased by 38.23% at Rs 472.88 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 342.10 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
