Tata Steel's wholly-owned indirect subsidiary- Kalzip Guangzhou has divested its entire equity stake to Shanghai Qinheng International Trade. The company has been entered into agreement for sale on November 30, 2016 and net consideration of 5.2 million EUR received from such sale.
