PFC gains with arm transferring Kohima-Mariani Transmission project to KPTL

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) is currently trading at Rs. 154.85, up by 0.70 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 154.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 154.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 156.70 and Rs. 153.50 respectively. So far 2,62,000 shares were traded on the counter.

PFC’s wholly owned subsidiary - PFC Consulting has transferred Kohima-Mariani Transmission, its wholly owned subsidiary company established for development of Independent Transmission Project North Eastern Region Strengthening Scheme (NERSS-VI) to Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) on March 31, 2017.

PFC provides large range of financial products and services like project term loan, lease financing, direct discounting of bills, short term loan, and consultancy services for various power projects in generation, transmission, distribution sector as well as for renovation and modernization of existing power projects.
