Andhra Petrochemicals board recommends dividend

Andhra Petrochemicals  has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 19, 2012,  has recommended a dividend of 5% on the equity shares of the company for the year ended March 31, 2012 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 28th annual general meeting of the company.
