Axis Bank, country’s largest private sector lender has inked pact with IBM to supply customer care services to its clientele. Bank’s contact centre operations will be a single mortgage contact centre from an existing 58 regional asset centers, as IBM will consolidate them.
This contact centre will facilitate inbound voice and email communications from the bank's customers. Bank aims extra possible income from cross-selling or up-selling services or applications at the consolidated mortgage customer care centre.
