Mahindra & Mahindra moves up on unveiling XUV500 with new features

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is currently trading at Rs. 1260.75, up by 0.80 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 1259.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1259.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1265.00 and Rs. 1258.75 respectively. So far 3633 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1508.80 on 09-Aug-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1141.80 on 02-Dec-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1285.00 and Rs. 1253.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 78445.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.69%, while institutions and non-institutions held 57.66% and 15.66% respectively.

M&M has unveiled XUV500 with a host of new features and technologies along with a choice of new body colours. The XUV500 is now equipped with extra features such as an infotainment system with Android Auto, Connected Apps, Ecosense & Emergency Call. These new features, which have been launched for the first time in the SUV, will provide the consumers with improved connectivity, convenience and entertainment options.
