Indiabulls Financial Services allots equity shares

Indiabulls Financial Services has informed  that upon exercise of stock options vested, in terms of various employees stock option plans, by certain eligible employees, the compensation committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 22, 2012, has allotted an aggregate of 1,23,289 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 62,37,06,834 divided into 31,18,53,417 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each to Rs. 62,39,53,412 divided into 31,19,76,706 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each.
