Godawari Power and Ispat has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2012 to September 29, 2012 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2012 and the same will be paid to all the eligible shareholders on or before October 15, 0212.
