Bajaj Finance has raised above Rs 500 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis. The debenture allotment committee of the company at its meeting held on April 20, 2017, has allotted 5447 secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 544.70 crore. The bonds yields are in the range of 7.74 to 7.75 percent.
