Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries (RIL) has commissioned second and final phase of its project to produce paraxylene (PX) at Jamnagar in western Indian state of Gujarat. With the commissioning of the plant, the company’s capacity for PX, a hydrocarbon, will more than double.

Recently, the company commenced commercial production from its Coal Bed Methane (CBM) block SP (West)-CBM-2001/1 from March 24, 2017 and is currently supplying CBM for commissioning the Shahdol Phulpur Pipeline (SHPPL).
