SBI gains on inking MoU with CREDAI

State Bank of India (SBI) is currently trading at Rs. 286.50, up by 0.95 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 285.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 287.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 288.00 and Rs. 286.40 respectively. So far 39,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 298.65 on 05-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 166.60 on 24-May-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 293.00 and Rs. 279.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2,32,387.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.27% and 9.51% respectively.

SBI, the county’s largest bank and mortgage lender, will support CREDAI as their national banking partner and provide loans at concessional interest rate towards construction finance.

SBI and CREDAI have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate and work towards the development of the real estate sector, specifically through the affordable housing and green housing projects. The duration of the agreement is for a period of three years.

SBI offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
