Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that the ESOP allotment committee at its meeting held on May 23, 2012 allotted 5,304 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the company increased to Rs. 419,895,305 divided into 83,979,061 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each.
