Date: 27-04-2017Wipro has informed that the company has allotted 16,263 equity shares under ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, 32,718 equity shares under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 and 59,000 equity shares under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005 to the employees on April 26, 2017 pursuant to exercise of ESOPs.
