L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2017, has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.80 per Equity Share of face value Rs 10 each. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
