Dynavision to lease out company’s immovable property to Apollo Hospitals Enterprise

Dynavision has decided to lease out the immovable properties of the company i.e. land and buildings to Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Chennai for which purpose a postal ballot is being arranged. The company has received board’s approval at its meeting held on July 25, 2011. Further, the board has authorized directors jointly / severally to deal with the leasing matter.

Dynavision was incorporated as a public limited company in the joint sector by Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TDCO) and P. Obul Reddy. In 1975, the company commenced manufacture of Black and White Television sets under the brand name 'DYANORA' and the company commenced manufacture of colour television in 1982.
