TeleCanor Global has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2012 has resolved to extend the period of the financial year which was to end on March 31, 2012 to June 30, 2012, in effect for 15 months, in view of the prevailing conditions in the telecom sector.
