Take Solutions board recommends final dividend & AGM
Date: 26-05-2012Take Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 1 each for the year ended March 31, 2012 subject to the approval the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The 11th Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled for September 07, 2012.
