Reliance Communications board recommends dividend
Date: 28-05-2012Reliance Communications has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012,has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.25 per equity share of Rs. 5 each i.e. 5% for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
